## Description
This beautiful small, two bedroom, two bath condominium features a fully equipped kitchen, native stone fireplace, washer/dryer and deck with charcoal grill\. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen with a trundle/day bed in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room\. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub for one\. The unit also has three TVs\.\.The unit overlooks the lush forest and is a short walk away from the Phase I swimming pool, the East Cove Conference Center , the East Cove Park \(for private events\) and Turtle Cove Spa\. Beautiful stone and cedar construction\. This is the bottom right unit of a four\-plex\. Very limited parking in front of condo; additional parking available near unit\.The Harbor East P\.O\.A\. limits the occupancy in this unit to six persons and prohibits the parking of boat trailers in front of any condominium\.This is a non\-smoking unit and is pet friendly\. Pets are an additional $17\.50 per night\.The rate on this unit is based on four occupants\. Any additional occupants over the age of 12 are $10 each per night each\.All of our units have hair dryers, iron and ironing board\.
