You’ll love the relaxed, welcoming feel of this spacious country home with its wraparound deck and hot tub overlooking the Sacramento River\. With two floors and an expansive deck surrounded by tall pines, guests can spread out or come together naturally\. The large living room features a rock fireplace, flat\-screen TV, and sliding doors leading to the deck for BBQs and relaxing under the trees\. The kitchen is designed for entertaining, complete with a wine fridge, keg cooler, and everything needed for family meals, game days, or weekend fun\.
Downstairs includes two bedrooms and two full baths—one with a king bed and heated floors, the other with a queen\. Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, a half bath, and a cozy family room with a large TV—an ideal hangout for kids or late\-night movies\.
