## Description
This bright and spacious condo is newly refurbished and only 200 steps to the Gondola\. The primary bedroom has a king size bed \(there's a twin folding bed underneath suitable for a child or teen\)\.  In the living room there is a new sleeper sofa\.  A new 50\-inch Smart TV is equipped with a sound bar and sub\-woofer through which you can play music using the TV’s apps or your own Bluetooth device\.  The kitchenette \(with full size fridge\) features a medium sized oven capable of cooking just about anything you like\.  Sore after an adventurous day?  Enjoy a soak in the large soaking tub\.
This particular condo is located on 3rd floor with direct access to amenity deck\. Hot tub is just a steps from the condo\.

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities\.  The swimming pool and gym are just 4\.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground\. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar\.  Safeway grocery store is 5\.5 miles away at the Town of Fraser\. 

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed\.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter\.  This sheet\-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience\.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies\. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo\. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity\. Thank you for your understanding\.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on\-site for luggage storage\.
