Step into the newly updated home to find an open tiled hallway leading to a rec room with a Foosball table and cozy seating, perfect for relaxation\. The guest room features built\-in bunk beds with twins on top and doubles on the bottom, along with a full bath\. The rec room also provides access to the pool area and garage, equipped with a second refrigerator\. The elevator, serving all three levels, starts on this floor\. 
On the second floor, you'll discover most of the guest rooms and the beginning of the wrap\-around decks\. A King master suite, a queen room, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds offer delightful decor and shared baths\. Rest assured, all bed linens are laundered as part of Spinnaker's Fresh Bed Promise\. 
The top floor houses the main living area, showcasing neighborhood views for al fresco dining\. With a well\-stocked kitchen, a dining table, and an updated living room, this space is filled with light and modern decor\. Another King bedroom shares a full bath on this level\. 
This ocean\-side home is just a 5\-minute walk from the beach access and community pool\. A golf cart is also provided for a relaxed and convenient transportation of beach essentials\. The beach access and cart parking can be found at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court\. Bring along your pup with a paid non\-refundable pet fee\. \($200 each \- max 2\)
