Our home, with its three tastefully decorated bedrooms and two sophisticated bathrooms, comfortably accommodates six guests\. As you enter the driveway, a spacious patio with a cozy fire pit and comfortable seating invites you for fun\-filled evenings\. Park under our handy carport and step into our house using the keyless entry system, designed for your convenience\.

Inside, the open\-concept kitchen and living room create a warm and inviting atmosphere\. Whether you're cooking or watching TV, everyone in your party can partake in the entertainment\. We even have a Peloton bike in the living area that you may use as well\! Each of the bedrooms, flanking the living room, offer a personal retreat equipped with plush comforters and ample space\. The primary bedroom stands out with a king bed and a luxurious jacuzzi tub, while the guest bedrooms feature queen beds, with one even housing a TV\.

Step through the sliding glass door off the kitchen, and you'll find yourself in an expansive outdoor space, a haven for alfresco dining, late\-night games, and marshmallow roasts around the fire pit\. If grilling is your forte, you're in for a treat with our outdoor setup\.

Scooters \(Lime & Bird\) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything\. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area \(see CapMetro's website\)\.

We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind\. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy\.
1\) No smoking allowed \(of any kind\) \($350 fine\)
2\) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3\) No events or parties
4\) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along\. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less\. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted\. There is a one\-time pet cleaning fee of $85\. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives\. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check\-in, the fee will be $105\. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended\. Owners are responsible for any damages caused\.
5\) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay\. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee \- price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you\. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6\) Minimum age requirement is 25
7\) If you do not check out on time \(11AM\) you will be charged an additional night
