Summary:
Perfect place to stay right in the middle of the prime tourist area of Rocky Point called "Sandy Beach"\. You will be in walking distance to the best tourist restaurants, bars and nightclubs, and you will be steps away from enjoying the latest addition to the resort\- the SKY Lounge Bar located on the Penthouse level of the E Building\. Less than a 5 minute walk away from the beach where you can walk, have your dog, do many activities like jets, paddle board, swim, banana boats etc\. The Condo is very comfortable and has two bedrooms plus a sofa sleeper for families\. The resort has 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated, BBQ areas, sand volleyball, and putting green golf course\.

The Space:
2 bedrooms each with ample closet space\. The master bedroom has great views and sliders out to the balcony overlooking the ocean\! A large living room with comfortable furnishings and sliders to the balcony looking right at the pool area and the ocean\! The condo has an excellent gourmet kitchen and a dining area so you can go out or create meals at the condo\.  Dine indoors or out on the balcony\!  The condo has a nice laundry room for your use during your stay as well\.
