## Description
Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Snow Summit and Lake\. This cabin is priced as one of our lowest, for those who want a getaway but want to spend less\. It has older furnishings and décor, and is a rental intended for those who are fine with a more rustic, older home\. 

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1900\+ sq ft home with two living rooms, a TV, dining area, two wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\.

ROOMS & BEDS \- 4 bedroom, 2 bath\. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed\. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed\. Upstairs third bedroom has a double bed, TV, and deck\. Downstairs fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds\. 

KITCHEN \- Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\. 

AMENITIES \- Bumper pool, wet bar, 3 TVs, WiFi, board and card games\. Washer/dryer available\. 

OUTDOORS \- Upper wrap around deck with a charcoal barbecue and patio furniture\.

PARKING \- 4 car driveway 

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
