This home is the perfect getaway to the mountains of Flagstaff\. It is centrally located in the Greenlaw neighborhood just minutes from downtown\. This home was recently updated with central air conditioning to help enhance everyone's stay\!

Enjoy the mountain air and peek at Mt Elden from the shared back yard space with fire pit\.

This home is perfect for group getaways with multiple bed configurations, a full kitchen and dining area and off street parking for two vehicles\.

Please note that the backyard is a shared space with the studio rental in the back of the home\. 

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip\! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay\.

Absolutely no smoking on premises\. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge\.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete \- please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home\. 

Bi\-Weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month\.
