On the top level of the home you’ll find a spacious and comfortable great room, as well as a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances\.  There is a large dining table, as well as seating at the center island\. This top level has direct access to a covered porch where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and a beautiful view\. Two primary bedrooms \(1 King / 1 Queen\) are located on the top level\. 

On the ground level you’ll find an additional mini kitchen and another comfortable living room\. This is the perfect spot for movie night or a wonderful getaway for the kids\. The two downstairs bedrooms both come with bunk beds \(double down and single up\.\) The downstairs living area leads to a covered patio with picnic table, plenty of flat yard space for games, and an outside shower to wash away those sandy feet\! No pets\.
