## Description
This modern glass loft is located just minutes away from the old city\. The loft has a fully equipped kitchen\. It is also a perfect space for football fans with a convenient free trolley going to and from UT campus\.

This loft has unique brick walls with high ceilings\. New modern furniture and bed\. There is a huge window overlooking the North side of the city, but currently there is construction\.

This property is conveniently situated directly across the street from one of Knoxvilles top breweries, Balter Beerworks\. Amazing food and drink just steps from the door\. A 5 minute walk to to the Old City and downtown with several more restaurants, local shops, bars, and coffee shops to walk to\.

The area is very walkable\. If you choose to drive, there are several nearby public parking lots and garages\.
