This idyllic lakeside home offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty\. Relax on the spacious outdoor patio, complete with a dining area, and a private dock on Lake Winnisquam\. Enjoy the breathtaking views from Adirondack chairs or take a refreshing dip in the lake using the provided kayaks\. The large front yard is an ideal spot to unwind in a hammock under the shade of towering trees\.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming and inviting atmosphere\. The main living level features a spacious living room, half bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sun\-drenched sunroom with panoramic lake views\. The primary bedroom with a queen size bed, and  boasts an attached ¾ bathroom for added convenience\. 

Upstairs, you'll discover four bedrooms and a full bathroom\. The first bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle and a full\-size bed, while the second has a full bed\. The third bedroom offers a queen\-size bed, and the fourth features three twin beds, a futon, and a TV with games, making it a perfect retreat for kids\.

Please note:  Sheets and towels ARE included in this rental\. You just need to bring your own beach towels\. Pets are allowed with an addition pet fee of $25 per pet/per day with prior approval\.
