This one bedroom one bath unit is located in the heart of Cocoa Beach, just a few minutes from Lori Wilson Park, the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jons Surf Shop, and a variety of restaurants that are loved by locals\. This bright, airy unit is well equipped with A/C, WiFi, free parking, a TV, washer & dryer, a screened in patio, and a comfy queen size bed\. Walk to the beach in just one minute and enjoy watching NASA rocket launches and soaking up the Florida sun\!

The Space:
This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals and have been passed down within the same family for three generations\. We’re happy to carry on the tradition of welcoming guests to our favorite Florida beach town\!
This cozy unit features one queen bed with fresh, white linens and a newly renovated private bathroom\. The coastal nautical paintings and charming beachy furniture curate the perfect coastal cottage feel for our guests\.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric range, a microwave and, of course, a coffee pot for getting your morning started before you set off\. A bistro table for two is perfect for planning your day while you caffeinate\.
When you get back, nothing beats a blast of A/C and a cool shower in your full bathroom that is stocked with toiletries, a hair dryer, and plush towels\. End your day with a cold cocktail on the screened in patio\. This unit is a secluded gem that is a perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway, business trip, or a home base while exploring Cocoa Beach\.

It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away\. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too\! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive\. Kennedy Space Center is a half\-hour drive away\. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31\-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more\.

Transit:
Plenty of space for onsite parking at unit\. Many places are within walking distance locally\. \(beaches, shops, restaurant/bars, etc\.\) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly\. \(Orlando is less than 40 min away\)
Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area as well\.
