## Description
Unit 106 is a roomy 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit located in Grand Beach Resort on East Beach in Gulf Shores\. The unit is just across the street from the beach\. It features a queen bed in the master and bunk beds in the hall with a hall bath\. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living area\. A fully equipped kitchen connects to the living room with a large TV and a sliding glass door leading onto the balcony facing the beach\.This ground floor unit is convenient to the pool and hot tub area and just a short walk directly across the street to beach\. Bring your fishing gear because this unit is across from the state park fishing pier\! The pier is a great place for the family to walkout on and see the different fish swimming in the water below and of course throw your line in and catch a few\. Numerous restaurants are in walking distance\.
