Wailea Grand Champions \#135 is a 1 bedroom 2 bath unit in a lovely complex \- brand new to the rental market with a fantastic introductory rate\! The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, room air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room as well as ceiling fans throughout\. The washer and dryer are conveniently housed in the lanai closet as a space\-saving measure\. The bedroom of Grand Champions \#135 has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower with a bench\. The convenient second bathroom provides a shower/tub combo\. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room to provide a separate sleeping space for the second guest\. There is a television and a/c in both the living room and bedroom, along with free WIFI\. This property has a  maximum occupancy of 4 people\.

In addition the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena are minutes away as well as the famous Wailea Tennis Club\.
