Grand Lakefront Escape is perfect for everyone\. Located in front of the lake, and close to the Village and Snow Summit\. It can't get any better than that\! Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this gorgeous two\-story home with stunning views\!

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 3700\+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, two beautiful gas fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 4 bedroom, 4 bath\. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV with cable, private bath, and deck\. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed, private patio, and smart TV with cable\. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV with cable\. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV with cable\. Downstairs loft has two bunk beds, two twin trundle beds, fireplace, and a smart TV with Roku and cable\. Game room has a queen murphy bed\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay\.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 16 people \(10 adults max\)\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
