The stunning updated kitchen features 2 sinks; perfect when you need a little helping preparing meals or beach snacks\.  This large kitchen overlooks the amazing living and dining areas \- and you'll get to enjoy the views too\. You'll also find a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience\. This top\-floor unit in Grand Playa is thoughtfully updated every where your turn\. Whether you're spending the day at the beach or relaxing indoors, you'll enjoy true comfort and luxury\.

Head down to the Gulf\-front pool and, of course, the white sandy beaches \- both available by gate code access to ensure privacy\. Grand Playa offers all the fun of Seagrove and is within walking/biking distance to WaterColor and Seaside\. Plus there is covered parking with an easy walk to the elevator\.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion\. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods\.
