Do not circle the yard when backing your boat in\. Please back it up on the driveway and then in the grass next to where the owner's boat is stored\.

We are very close to the water \- expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer\. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open\.
