Brand new to the rental market, Gratitude Island has everything you need for the ultimate vacation exerience\!
Sitting directly across the street from the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf, the view is breathtaking\.  Three private decks give you a birds eye view of the pelicans and seagulls flying by\.  

Open concept living allows your group to be together while watching a movie, playing a game or cooking a meal in the well equipped kitchen\.  This main floor also features  the king\-sized primary with Gulf view balcony and en suite bath\.  Dual sinks, vanity, a walk\-in shower and a jetted tub offer you a relaxing spot to soak away after a long day of beachcombing\.
On the other side of the house is a queen bedroom with private Gulf view deck, a full bath and a full\-sized laundry room\.

Up one flight is another queen bedroom with Sound view, a loft with a daybed that pulls out into a very comfortable king\-sized bed and another private balcony with a Gulf view\.  There is even a desk here if you have to make this a working vacation\.  A shared bath with walk\-in shower is between these 2 bedrooms\.

As if this home isn't enough to provide you with a great vacation, you'll be amazed when you walk out the back door to your own private tropical oasis\!  A large in ground pool and hot tub is yours to enjoy\.  The large paver patio has plenty of furniture to relax on as well as a large gas grill and dining seating\.
The pool can be heated for $75/day\.

The beach access is a 2 minute walk across the street

There is parking for 5 cars and smoking is not allowed inside the home\.  No events are permitted,  the minimum age to rent is 25 and the stated occupancy is strictly adhered to\.  This is a non pet friendly property\.

Spend your much deserved get\-away at this resort style home, it'll quickly become your relaxation destination on the beach\!\!\!

Outside cameras on the property are for security and insurance purposes only\.  They are not monitored and will only be viewed in the event of an incident\.
