## Description
Safe, Quite area\. Nice size 2 bedrooms and one bath\. Bedroom has a comfortable King bed, bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen bed with a small pull out sofa\.  The kitchen has granite tops, stainless appliances and a full size washer and dryer\. Plenty of parking for 4\+ cars\. There is a small side yard and screen room\.  High speed internet and Xfinity cable with 42 inch flat screen TV\.  Short walk to Deerfield beach and one block to tons of restaurants and bars\.

     Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest\. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms\. As well as,  changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary \.  Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean\.
