Classic mountain Gambrel cabin in one of Big Bear's quietest neighborhoods\. The smile on your face will say it all as you tour this tastefully renovated cabin close to the National Forest, Maple Hills Hiking Trails, and Sugarloaf Park\. Minutes to the Village shops, restaurants, ski resorts, biking, boating, fishing, and hiking\.

LIVING SPACE \- Comfy 1,000\+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a beautiful rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 1\.5 bath\. First bedroom has a king bed\. Second bedroom has a queen bed\. Living room has a sleeper sofa\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more\. 

AMENITIES \- Board games and card games\. Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi\. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace\. Laundry area with side\-by\-side washer/dryer\.

OUTDOORS \- Enjoy the back deck with a NEW hot tub, patio table, and chairs\. Front gated deck and back fenced yard\.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund\.
