King in master bedroom, 2 singles in 2nd bedroom, pull out couch as double in living room\.\*WIFI/cable & flat TVMust read & agree to all house rules prior to booking\. Important \-Public beach access is not even half a block away\.\-Outdoor shower by garage for easy sand toy clean up\-Fully equipped Kitchen all you need for meal prepPet friendly\!\-Lots of space to spread out\-1 level ground floor no stairs\-Room for 2 cars\-Super high ceilings\-Super clean inside\-Free Parking Off Street\-BBQ allowed \(we do not provide and you must clean up\)We do rely upon Spectrum Cable/Internet for the high speed wifi\. Sometimes there service goes out on the Island, FYI\.Up to 2 dogs or birds are allowed\. The pet fee nonrefundable is $75 PER dog or birds, no exceptions\.
