This home is located within the highly desirable Grouse Point Club in Meredith as a 30 Day Rental\. Walk into this spacious open concept home\.  This amazing association has 3 walk in sandy beaches, clubhouse with heated pool, workout room, whirlpool spa, sunroom and rooftop deck\. 
The entire clubhouse has been renovated and has a stunning new kitchen conveniently located near the function room\. There are tennis courts, a basketball court and kiddie play area\. Quiet and located less than 5 minutes from downtown Meredith\.

The Grouse Point Club encompasses 82 private acres with extensive shoreline, three private sand beaches, lighted tennis courts, a 7000 square foot clubhouse with heated indoor pool, function room, sundeck, exercise facilities and some of the best views of Lake Winnipesaukee that you can find\.
