Enjoy the amazing views of the sparkling emerald waters from both the living room and the spacious main bedroom BOTH of which have access to the large, private balcony\. Beautiful, comfortable, coastal décor throughout\. This outstanding 3\-bedroom, 2\-bath unit with a Bunk Room has a designated, covered parking space close to the elevator\.  The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa and a 58” smart TV\.  There are also flat screen TV’s in each bedroom\. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make cooking a gulf\-front dream\! 

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom \- 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom \- 2 double beds,  3rd bedroom with bunk beds, NO CLOSET IN THIS ROOM\. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room\. This unit sleeps 8
