Welcome to Gulf Shores Plantation, a perfect complex for families seeking a paradise of their own\. As you arrive, you'll find a guard shack at the entrance where you can obtain your parking passes and any information regarding the complex\. This gated resort community boasts a range of amenities, including tennis courts, volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas, and the convenient Sassy Bass restaurant for dining pleasure\. You'll have the pleasure of enjoying private, sugar\-white beaches, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping\. The complex offers activities suitable for all ages, making it the perfect spot for family getaways\. Additionally, you'll find the Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the fantastic Kiva Dunes Restaurant just a short walk away\. Plus, you're only a 15\-minute drive from all the great attractions Gulf Shores has to offer\. Please note that boats are not allowed on the property\.

Inside the unit, you'll discover two beautifully designed bedrooms, both featuring queen beds, and there are two bathrooms\. The spacious living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests, and the dining table comfortably seats six\. The entire living space offers a view of the beach, and the balcony provides a beautiful straight\-on view of the Gulf and the pool area\.

There are on\-site laundry facilities for your convenience\.

For reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season \(January and February\), a 60\-day \(two\-month\) minimum stay is required\. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by management\. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months with a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications\.

Parking passes are required and can be purchased via a link sent two days before your arrival to secure parking\.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels\.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels\.
