The first bedroom is spacious and bright with three full windows\. The second bedroom is also spacious more toward the back of the home, with a some closet space\.  Both bedrooms have an attached en suite bathroom with a full size shower / 1 with tub\. Both rooms have large TVs with Roku \(access to Netflix provided\)\. An additional TV is available in the living room area\.

The parking on the streets is free & unlimited on weekends starting Friday night at 8:30, and limited to 2 hrs on weekdays between 7am\-8:30pm\. There are most often spaces to be found on my block during the day, and while the street gets crowded at night, there is usually something to be found within a block or so\.
