\~ Dog friendly stay:  We warmly welcome well\-behaved canine companions \(no cats\)\. Jacksonville Beach is dog\-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup\. 
• Up to 3 dogs 
• $150 per pet fee 
• Dogs should be house\-trained or kenneled when alone 
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted  

\~Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85\~ is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a $35/day heating fee\.  Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45\~ \(which is rare\)\.   

\~ Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs
