Unbeatable location in the center of Savannah's historic landmark district\!

The main house, circa 1868, is styled in era\-appropriate furniture and antiques, to preserve as much of the original character as possible while modernizing everything up to the level of comfort and efficiency that 21st century guests expect\. This rental also includes 3 individually styled ground floor suites that each have their own kitchenette, bathroom, and private entrance off of the courtyard\.

The main house features 4 bedrooms with king beds, plus a bonus bedroom with a double bed that is located between the primary bedroom and bathroom for a total of 5 bedrooms that all have doors for privacy\.

Each of the three garden level suites has a king size bed and Suite 1 also has a full size murphy bed off of the kitchen that can sleep 2 guests\.

The main house kitchen is stocked with a complete set of Green Pan's highest grade cookware, full bar set, hand mixer, blender, American Standard bakeware, and all the odds and ends\. 

All bedrooms have smart TVs and all bathrooms come with a full suite of Public Goods bath products, which are free from harsh chemicals, scented only with essential oils, and vegan\-friendly\. 

Your reservation includes on\-site garage parking for two vehicles\.  For additional vehicles, there is a city parking garage a three minute walk from the property as well as metered street parking\.

All courtyard amenities including the plunge pool, grill, outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, and courtyard bathroom are shared between main house, suite, and carriage house guests on a first\-come basis\.
