This is a Spanish\-style large home in a nice neighborhood of single\-family homes\. The home backs up to the St Johns River and walking trails so there are no other house behind this home\. There are three separate suites\. Each suite consists of a private bedroom and private bathroom\. The master suite has its own separate entrance\. All suites have their own key locks for guest's privacy\. We allow a maximum of 5 people total in the house\. It is quite large and handles this number of guests very comfortably\. This listing is for suite \#3, which has a lot of closet space, and includes garage parking\. Huge kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry area, and all outdoor spaces are shared\. We require that guests share in the cost of a monthly cleaning that we provide for a small cost\. This is for the benefit of all guests\. Huge tiled, covered courtyard with ping pong table and seating\. The lot is large with mature landscaping including several fruit trees\. Grocery stores and other essentials 3 minutes away\.
