Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this beautifully decorated two\-story cabin\! Close to Meadow Park with tennis courts, basketball court and lakeside playground\.

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1500\+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fan, dining table, beautiful wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 3 bedroom, 2 bath\. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed, and deck access\. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed\. Upstairs third bedroom has 2 twin beds\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Updated kitchen with countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Loft with foosball table, books, board games, and card games\. Smart TV with cable, Apple TV, and WiFi\. Laundry area with side\-to\-side washer/dryer\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
