Approximately 15 minutes from Kaweah Delta Healthcare District\.

Large kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area, and all outdoor spaces are shared\. The thermostat range allowed is up to 70 degrees in the winter and down to 74 degrees in the summer\.

Huge tiled, covered courtyard with ping pong table and seating\. Beautiful landscape with mature trees on a large lot in a great neighborhood\. 

This shared housing arrangement provides regular cleaning service every 30 days for a fee\. Minimum stay 30 days\.

You will be charged for each month of your stay at the beginning or each nonth\.

This is a Spanish\-style large home in a nice neighborhood\. There are three separate suites\. Each suite consists of a private bedroom and private bathroom\. The master suite has its own separate entrance\. All suites have their own key locks for guest's privacy\. This listing is for suite \#2, the smallest of the 3\. However, there are 4 cabinets in the hall near this suite which are exclusively for the use of this suite\.

Guest Interaction:
I enjoy hosting\. My hosting style is to give you clear information in advance of your stay; to make it easy for you to plan your travel and live comfortably in your new temporary home\.

Access:
We require that you notify us if you have an electric vehicle\.
You will park in the driveway during your stay\. There is also plenty of street parking\. There are walking trails along the St John's River behind the home\.\. To be fair, this is a small river\.   : \)

We allow a maximum of 5 people in this large home, but usually there are 3\-4 guests\. As an FYI, there is a Casita on the property with a separate entrance, separate patio and separate address\.

Neighborhood:
This is a quiet suburban neighborhood with mature landscaping on a large lot\. The home is 15 minutes from downtown and the medical center\.

\* We require and provide cleanings every 30 days for a fee\.
\* You must obtain approval from management for any guests visiting for more than 1 day\.

Upon booking, guests will be asked to complete a check\-in form and sign a rental agreement\. This is done electronically and takes about 5 minutes to complete
