Your toes will be in the sand in seconds\!  Unpack the car, grab a cold drink, and kick off your flip flops to start enjoying your beach getaway\.

This end unit townhome sits on the western most part of Navarre Beach, uncrowded and 1 block from the Gulf Islands National Seashore\.

Upon entering, you are greeted by the emerald green waters and squeaky white sand just outside your door\.  The bright and sunny great room has comfy seating for your group to relax, watch TV, read a book\.or watch the pelicans soar by\.  
The open kitchen has SS appliances, granite countertops and is equipped with all you need for meal prep\.  Dine \(or play a game\) at the table or at the breakfast bar\.  There is also a half bath and washer/dryer on this floor for your convenience\.

Up one flight is the king\-sized primary with private Gulf front balcony\.  The en suite bath has a tiled walk\-in shower\.
Down the hall is a queen\-sized bedroom and a bunk room with a full bed over a full\-sized bed\.  A jack 'n jill bath with tiled walk\-in shower services these 2 bedrooms\.

There is a gas grill on the ground floor along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long beach day\.
Parking for 2 cars\.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted\.
Minimum age to rent is 25\.
