Newly refreshed, this charming one\-bedroom, one\-bath villa is bright and welcoming for a couple or a small family\. Interior updates have been done in a boho\-coastal style, including vintage wicker accents, fun pops of color, and travel\-inspired touches\. With amazing palm\-framed ocean views and convenient pool access, this first\-level condo is designed for travelers to relax by the sea\. The beach is just a short stroll over the boardwalk for sunbathing, swimming, shell hunting, and enjoying lazy walks\. 

At the end of a busy day in the sun, leave all your cares and your beach gear at the door, with a thoughtful drop zone for sunglasses, keys, towels, and sandals\. A well\-equipped bar cart makes cocktail hour simple\. Enjoy lovely breezes and impressive views from the cozy rocking chairs on the screened\-in porch, perfect for watching sunsets or sunrises\. If staying connected is a must, the corner desk with an ocean view is ideal for checking in with family and friends and posting those vacation pics via the provided WiFi connection\.     

The villa's kitchen has everything necessary to create a feast or a simple meal, with dining options at a table that seats four or at the breakfast bar, which can accommodate two\. You can also enjoy cooking al fresco with access to two charcoal grills, perfect for creating delicious, barbequed meals\. Complete your meal by relaxing with a good cup of coffee from either the Keurig or the drip coffee maker\. 

Guests can wind down in the living room, which features hardwood floors, a comfy couch, two chairs, and a wall\-mounted flat\-screen TV fully equipped with cable\.

End each beautiful day in the spacious bedroom with its king\-sized bed, hardwood floors, and an en\-suite bath\. Additional accommodations for two are provided via the sleeper sofa in the living room\.  A laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer is an added convenience for guests\.
