This beautiful high floor unit has expansive water views with nightly sunsets from the screened in lanai\.  the lanai can be closed to the outdoor elements allowing for year round enjoyment\.  Tile throughout the condo and recliners and work space in the living room\.  Living room is equipped with a large Smart TV, and televisions in both bedrooms\.  The primary bedroom has a new king size mattress and newly renovated bathroom with a walk in shower\.  The second bedroom has a queen bed\.  Washer and dryer in the condo\.  Sleeps 4
