Bring bikes to ride to the beach or take the cottage golf cart\. 6 Smart TVs \(2 cable\), wireless Internet access\. Washer/dryer\. Kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, two wall ovens and dishwasher\. Main living area, primary suite and another main floor bedroom have beautiful sound views and separate entry from living area and bedrooms onto spacious screened porch extending the width of the house\. Downstairs has a sunny separate living space, wet bar with small beverage fridge and also king bedroom and bath with more beautiful sound views\. Lower level provides access to adjoining outdoor covered sitting area, and backyard lower deck, as well as an enclosed hot/cold outside shower, charcoal/gas grills, and outdoor eating areas\. Swim, clam, fish from the private pier\. Relax and visit on the end of the pier which offers built\-in seats and table or gather at a picnic table onshore off the pier deck\. Enjoy bird watching, kayakers and boats from both upper screened porch and lower outdoor sitting areas\. Additionally, the large, furnished front porch provides more living space for relaxation\.
