LIVING SPACE \- Comfortable 1064\+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 3 bedroom, 2 bath\. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed\. Downstairs second bedroom has a twin bed with trundle, and TV\. Third bedroom downstairs has a double bed\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Board games and card games\. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi\. Relax by the cozy wood burning fireplace\. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer\. 

OUTDOORS \- Decks has on both levels with a gas barbecue and is the perfect place for family to hang out and play\!
