Spacious enough for up to 8 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms, 3\.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a game room with a pool table\. Relax on expansive decks overlooking Lake Tahoe, soak in one of the two jacuzzi bathtubs, or retreat to the master suite, complete with a two\-person jacuzzi and a lake\-view shower for the ultimate luxury experience\.

Guests enter through the main level, which includes the living room, kitchen, garage, and master suite with a king bed and private deck\. The lower level provides access to three additional bedrooms and the backyard\. Outside, enjoy the fenced yard and private hot tub, perfect for après\-ski relaxation or starlit evenings\.

Located just steps from the Heavenly Base Lodge and only a 5\-minute drive to beaches, shopping, and casinos, this retreat offers the best of both adventure and relaxation\.
