Relax by the pool after a fun day at the beach or explore the vibrant Historic Downtown Strand where you will find plenty of shopping and dining options\. \~	Location: Centrally located on the east end of Galveston Island, Texas, just five minutes from The Strand\.

\~	Lake Access: Applicable for Lake Livingston properties only\.

\~	Beach Access:  Less than a 3 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall\.

\~	Private Pool:  This home features an above\-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious deck for lounging\. 

\~	Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available\! Ask us for details and rates\.

\~	WIFI/Cable: We provide free high\-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels\. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps\.

\~	Pet Policy:  Up to 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet\. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors\.

\~	Large Groups:  We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking\.

\~	Parking:  There is room for 3 cars on the street, plus 2 more in the alley\.

On this floor, you'll also find two bedrooms\. One offers a king\-size bed and a twin, ideal for families\. The other boasts two queen\-size beds, perfect for additional guests\.

Head upstairs and discover the luxurious primary suite\! This haven features a king\-size bed and a spa\-like ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a clawfoot tub\. There's another room with a king\-size bed and a twin, plus two additional bedrooms, each with two queen\-size beds for comfortable sleeping arrangements\. Finally, the game room doubles as a fun sleeping space with two double beds, perfect for kids or extra guests\.

Venture outside and create lasting memories\! Relax by the cozy fire pit with seating, lay out by the pool, or gather around the large deck for al fresco meals using the provided table\. Let the fun and relaxation begin at Heart of It All\!
