The scent of fresh‑bloomed garden mingles with the gentle hum of the community pool beyond, setting a relaxed rhythm for your stay\. Inside, the open kitchen and dining area beckon for shared meals, while the private pool and hot tub promise quiet afternoons under the Davenport sky\.

Sleeping arrangements  
Downstairs the primary bedroom features a king bed, perfect for two guests\. Upstairs you’ll find a second primary bedroom with a king bed, two additional bedrooms each equipped with a queen bed, and two themed rooms\. The Clouds bedroom offers a full bed and a twin bed, and the Minions bedroom mirrors this layout, each sleeping two\. Six bathrooms provide ample space for everyone to refresh\.

Outdoor living  
Step onto the patio to discover a private pool and hot tub framed by comfortable loungers\. A BBQ grill sits nearby, ready for casual al‑fresco meals, while the surrounding seating area invites conversation or a good book between swims\.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL\. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I\-4 and 27 freeways\.

Play a round of golf or revel in fine\-dining at a top\-rated restaurant\. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family\.

Transit:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24\-hour security guard\. Parking can accommodate up to \(2\) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to \(1\) vehicle on the street in front of the property\.

The garage has been converted into a game room\. Therefore, indoor parking is not available\.

Additional Notes:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest\. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness\. 

If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you\. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately\. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice\. During inclement \(cold and/or rainy\) weather we do not advise using the pool\. The pool gets serviced weekly\. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored\.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third\-party system prior to arrival\. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
\-For 1\-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit\. This is a pre\-authorized hold \(not a charge\) that is released following a damage\-free inspection after checkout\.
\-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non\-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night \(capped at a maximum of $100\)\. This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear\.

Our grill is a propane grill\. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests\. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay\. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival\.

Please be reminded that check\-out time is 10AM\. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check\-out\. Late check\-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations\. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check\-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300\. 

It is a self\-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay\. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap\. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two \(2\) loads\. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge\. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not\. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use\. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking\.
