If you’re not a sports\-fan but like to stay in shape, you can work out in the large fitness center at the clubhouse\. At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends\. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink\. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored\. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third\-party system prior to arrival\. The available options depend on the length of your stay: \-For 1\-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit\. This is a pre\-authorized hold \(not a charge\) that is released following a damage\-free inspection after checkout\. \-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non\-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night \(capped at a maximum of $100\)\. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge\. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not\. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use\. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking\.
