This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear\. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check\-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300\. It is a self\-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay\. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge\. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not\. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use\.
