This custom\-built property offers room for your entire family\. Blessed with four large bedrooms, huge living area, hot tub and loft with pool table and TV, this home can sleep up to 8 adults and 2 children\. Just a mile from Heavenly and El Dorado Beach, and a quick jaunt to Bijou Park for snowshoeing, cross\-country skiing\. Bring the whole family, this home is dog friendly\.

This home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults\. Children under 13 are welcome within the 10\-person total\.

Every activity Tahoe has to offer is just a walk, ride, or short drive away\. This home designed for gracious Tahoe living\.

Pets: 1\-2 dogs allowed w/ pre\-approval, additional fee required\. No other animals allowed\. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended\. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds\. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed\. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog\(s\)\.

This home does not have air conditioning\.
