## Description
This vacation home offers an ideal location for exploring the Lakes Region\. Providing stunning peeks at Lake Winnipesaukee, this three\-bedroom home showcases exposed beams and large windows that allow natural sunlight flood in\. The main level features an open floor plan, leading to a wrap\-around porch through sliding glass doors\. It includes a large, upscale kitchen with stainless appliances, ample counter space and island\. An open concept living room, ¾ bathroom, and a primary bedroom with a king\-size bed are also on the main level\.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms: one with a queen\-size bed and the other with a double bed, both with wood floors and delightful sunlight\.  A full\-size bathroom is situated between the two rooms\. The house is equipped with books and board games for family enjoyment\.

Outside, relax in the private grassy yard or sit back and read or socialize on the expansive porch while taking in the surrounding scenery\. Grill your favorite meal and enjoy outdoor dining\.
Parking is available for up to three cars and there is trailer parking\.
