## Description
Book your next downtown Winter Park escape in our 2 bedroom condo\.  This unit is located on the third floor for extra peace and quiet and offers plenty of space to relax, great amenities, next door to the main clubhouse and walking distance to Main Street and on the free shuttle route if you are looking for an easy way to get to the Winter Park Resort or other outdoor adventures\.
A generously sized and newly updated two bedroom condominium offers new hardwood flooring in the main open floor plan\.  The spacious living room has a sky light, access to a covered private deck with forest views, a wood burning fireplace, modern furnishings, a flat screen TV, painted wood beams on the ceiling\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available and guest must provide their own firewood\.
The kitchen and dining spaces are adjacent to each other for an enjoyable space for all to gather together\.  The kitchen features lovely countertops, freshly painted cabinets, and new appliances and in the dining area, there is a spacious table accompanied by chairs that can comfortably accommodate six individuals with additional seating available at the breakfast bar for up to three guests\.
The primary bedroom suite features an updated en\-suite bathroom, a king\-sized bed, a flat screen TV, small work station if you need to catch up on emails, homework or remote work and a wood burning fireplace for extra ambiance\.  The second bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds \- one which is a twin/twin and the second is a twin on top and queen sofa sleeper on the bottom\.  Guests may access the full bathroom in the main hallway\. There is also a washer and dryer in the hallway\. This unit is located across the complex road from the recreation center\.  
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located outside the building; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area\.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings\. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace\.  Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi\-Fi and ample seating\.  The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience\.  The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs\. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available\.  Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike\. 
Rental guests are prohibited from bringing pets or smoking, and any infringement of this rule will incur a fine of $200 each day of violation\.
