## Description
This first floor condo features a large open floor plan with newly remodeled kitchen The kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal for friends and family\. There is a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, full size range and a breakfast bar that seat 4 in addition to a dining table that seats 6\.  You are sure to enjoy the light adorned family room complete with a huge stone wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV with both cable and streaming services, and access to the great outdoors on your own private patio\. The living area also hosts a queen size sofa sleeper\. 

Down the hall, the primary bedroom features a king size bed, large wood burning fireplace, wall mounted TV with streaming services available, and a private attached bath\. The second bedroom features twin\-over\-full bunk beds as well as a high quality folding twin mattress in the closet\. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter\.  This sheet\-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience\.
