This property offers an excellent setting for a small family or a couple seeking to experience downtown Winter Park, along with convenient access to local attractions\. This space is integrated with the living room, which features a wood\-burning fireplace, a selection of games for entertainment and a king\-sized sofa sleeper\. The bedroom offers a comfortable Casper Queen bed, while the modernized bathroom is conveniently located off the main hallway\. 
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings\. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace\. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
