This completely renovated one bedroom unit located on the first floor offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your upcoming Winter Park retreat\.
This condominium is an end unit featuring an additional window in the main living area\.  It includes a comfortable sofa, which also serves as a sofa sleeper for those requiring extra sleeping accommodations, as well as a flat screen TV equipped with a DVD player\.  Please be advised that this unit does not include a fireplace and lacks air conditioning\.
The kitchenette has been enhanced with stainless steel appliances, newly installed cabinets, a custom tiled backsplash, and hardwood flooring that extends throughout the entire unit\.  Additionally, a new dining table and chairs have been provided to comfortably accommodate four individuals\.
The bedroom features a full\-sized bed and a spacious closet designed to accommodate all your outdoor equipment and apparel\.  Additionally, the hallway bathroom is equipped with a new vanity, a mirror and tiled walls in the shower area\.  
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area\.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings\. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace\.  Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi\-Fi and ample seating\.  The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience\.  The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs\. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available\.  Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike\. 
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
