## Description
Bright cheery tones and warm wood finishes will entice your senses upon entry to this top floor one bedroom\. Hard wood floors, recessed lighting, and beautiful counter\-tops are just a few of the high end touches throughout this vacation rental\.
The open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze giving guests the option to stay in and prepare a meal\. Cozy up to the crackle of the wood burning fireplace after a long day of hiking, skiing, or whatever strikes your fancy\. This vacation rental is able to accommodate two guests with the use of the sleeper sofa and is equipped with free Wi\-Fi\.
The entire unit has been completely renovated and hosts updated appliances, updated counter\-tops with solid wood cabinets\.
The bedroom has a queen bed and separate bath area\. Wood wainscoting, modern counters, and a newly tiled shower/tub enclosure await\.
Great amenities to enjoy in the unit include: Free 100MB Wireless Internet access as well as Cable TV and views of Winter Park Resort\. 
Located on the third floor of the building\.  A few steps away from the free town shuttle stop but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities\.
The recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings\. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette with expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, table and chairs and computer station with free Wi\-FI\.  The locker rooms are equipped with tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers\.  The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs\. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub\.  The small workout area has a weight room with treadmill and stationary bike\.
COVID Housekeeping:  All of our cleaning standards and products are aligned with VRMA, WHO and CDC\.  
We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay\.  All bedding is double sheeted\.
All products in the vacation rental for guest use will be individually wrapped for protection\.
We will implement keyless entry or secured lock box for entry to all vacation rentals\.
Our staff will have new PPE daily and wear masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings\.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED\. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property\. These rules are strictly enforced\. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property\.
