This inviting, renovated condominium offers a wonderful spot to enjoy your next stay in Winter Park and is an ideal rental for visitors seeking relaxation and enjoyment situated on the building’s second floor\. 
The unit features stunning hardwood flooring that enhances the chic modern design\.  The open floor plan encompasses the living, kitchen and dining areas\.  In the living room, enjoy watching your favorite shows or movies on the flat screen TV or a cozy night in front of the wood\-burning fireplace and a queen\-sized sofa sleeper\.  The fully equipped kitchen provides everything necessary for preparing meals any time of the day, complete with modern appliances and countertops including a breakfast bar that accommodates two individuals\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\.
The bedroom is equipped with a brand new queen\-sized bed and the main hallway features a full bathroom\. 
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area\.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings\. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace\.  Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi\-Fi and ample seating\.  The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience\.  The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs\. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available\.  Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike\. 
Smoking  and pets are prohibited on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking or have pets will be subject to a 200 fine per day\.
