This exceptional three bedroom residence boasts an expansive interior and has been entirely renovated, featuring a covered deck that provides stunning mountain views\.   
This unit is situated on the third floor of the building and is a corner unit, providing enhanced privacy and scenic views\.  The open floor plan features hardwood flooring that complements the western décor, creating a cozy environment for your mountain getaway\.  The living room is equipped with numerous large windows, a flat screen TV, and a wood burning fireplace, along with additional entertainment amenities such as a DVD player, CD player, and complimentary Wi\-Fi access, although it does not include air conditioning\.  
The kitchen features ample open countertop space, modern appliances that enhance the wooden cabinetry, and a breakfast bar that can seat four individuals\.  Adjacent to it, the dining room is furnished with a spacious table and chairs designed to accommodate six guests\.  
The primary suite features a renovated bathroom and a king\-sized bed\.  The second bedroom is equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds, while the third bedroom contains a queen\-sized bed\. An additional full bathroom is accessible from the common hallway\.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area\.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings\. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace\.  Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi\-Fi and ample seating\.  The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience\.  The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs\. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available\.  Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike\. 
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
