## Description
Enter a beautifully updated and contemporary three bedroom unit\!  Situated on the ground floor of the building, this residence offers convenient access, featuring hardwood flooring throughout the primary living space\.
Upon entering the unit, one is greeted by a stunningly remodeled kitchen featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, wooden cabinetry and a breakfast bar that accommodates three individuals\.
The spacious dining room table accommodates up to eight individuals and features bench seating\.  This area seamlessly connects to the main living room, which exudes a western ambiance and includes a flat screen TV equipped with a DVD and CD player, positioned adjacent to the wood\-burning fireplace\.  Ample seating is provided by the sofa and recliner, allowing for comfortable relaxation\.  From this space, one can access a private deck that offers picturesque views of the surrounding forest\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\. 
The primary suite features additional corner windows, a queen\-sized bed and a renovated bathroom\.  The second bedroom is equipped with a queen, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds\.  A second full bathroom is located in the main hallway, which also houses the washer and dryer\.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area\.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings\. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace\.  Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi\-Fi and ample seating\.  The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience\.  The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs\. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available\.  Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike\. 
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
